The Nordic Ecolabelis the official Nordic eco certification; its goal is to reduce the total environmental impact of production and consumption. It sets strict requirements for the use of chemicals, protecting both people and planet.

Ecocert Cosmos is a pan-European certification of organic cosmetics, used in more than 45 countries. Cosmos, the authority behind the label, verifies that ingredients are grown responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner. In order for beauty products to obtain the Ecocert Cosmos Organic label, the following requirements must be met:
95% minimum of the plants it contains are organic.
At least 20% of organic ingredients are present in the total formula (10% for rinse-off products).
